Pricing:
School/ Recreational

• $30 per team member
  (includes a championship gift for every member and a trophy for each team)
• $50 Best Cheerleader/Dance Soloist
  (all participants will be awarded trophies)
• $75 Best Dance Duo
  (all participants will be awarded trophies)
• $100 Best Stunt Group
  (all participants will be awarded trophies)

Payments:

• Full payment is due on or before November 9th
• Check or money order (no cash please) made payable to Elite Cheerleading Inc. and sent to Elite Cheerleading Inc. 816 Grandview Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15211

Cancellation Policy:

• A 50% refund of the registration fee will be given if notified prior to November 16th, 2012. There will be no refunds given after November 16th, 2012
